At Prism, we want you to love your home. If your new decor or furniture isn't the perfect fit, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack With Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, cushions, and protective wraps are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
